Military technology from forced labour
This field phone made by Mix & Genest usually ran on Pertrix standard batteries. Mix & Genests factory in Berlin-Schöneberg also used forced labourers. Production of equipment for the military had to be reliably guaranteed, even during the war. The German Army introduced the field phone model FF 33 in 1934. By 1945 different manufacturers had produced 1.6 million of these phones nearly everywhere with forced labour.
