It was predominantly used as a home computer for teaching Basic. Firms ocasionally also used it. The computer can be connected to a TV set with a coaxial cable to the antenna input. As external memory cassettes of the brand ORWO were used. It is compatible with C64 of Commodore. The ROM disk drive was named HC-Chaos. The presented KC85/3 was applied in a school for informatics classes.
